Busy, Busy, Busy
That seems to be me lately. There is always something that needs to be done. I feel exhausted. I put up some decorations out side and I put the tree up this week. No decoration on it yet. maybe in another week or so. the girls are doing good. Kylie seems to be talking alot more today she said, "Yes" She has been doing the shake her head Yes but today she said it. :) She has mastered saying NO...lol Wonder what little girl she got that from. haha Kenzie is doing good. She still loves school. She is also talking more and alot more clearly. She has come so far already. She is very much looking forward to Christmas. She saw Santa early this week at School and asked him for.......A Puppy. She so wants a puppy but thats not going to happen right now. If you ask her what she wants for christmas she will tell you a puppy. In the Mall here there is a pet store we HAVE to go in there if we are there because she wants to see the puppys. She also knows that at petsmart they have dogs (on weekends they have adoptions for dogs there) so she crys when we dont go in. I told her she has to talk to Daddy when he is on R&R. Speaking of which is a little over 2 months away! There are days where I blink and the day is gone and then there are days that drag on forever. I have LOTS of New Pictures of the girls to upload and will soon...I hope. We have a Christmas party tomarrow with the unit FRGs. So I am making cake balls for that...I have burned my fingers from the steam of the hot water...ouch. I will take Pictures so you all can see what they look like. I am exhausted lately. I think my Iron is low, need to make a doctors appt but keep forgeting. Got a stupid citation yesterday because my garbage can was left out on the curb for longer then they like apperently. Well Darn it I would of moved it had it had wheels! somehow when they picked up my trash on Tuesday the wheels went too. Not sure how it happened but I called Wed. and they came and fixed it yesterday. Glad it was just a citation and not a fine...which if it was I would have fought...lol Drew is doing good as far as I know. He is on a mission so I havent talked to him since monday or tuesday and was getting pretty worried but she shot me an email this morning saying he was on a mission and could call me when he got back. But I have no clue when that will be. Well got to go make more cake balls will post pictures this weekend.....hopefully

UGH!
Seriously Pissed off!
Today after picking up kenzie from school I had some errands to run. As I was heading home I went under the over past and was preparing to turn left to get on the highway. Well I seen 3 teenagers walking along the side (not somewhere anyone should be walking) well I figured they would stop as my light was green and I was driving (I was doing about 20 mph) and just as I start to turn and am the middle of the turn and intersection they stepped out in front of me, they didn't even look. I slammed on my brakes and horn, the car behind me slammed on there brakes and I heard the screeching of there tires. The fucking teenagers look at me like I am a complete idiot and flip me the bird. UGH! WTF is wrong with teenagers?? They could of been hit, I could of been hit by the car behind me (I am sure they weren't expecting me to put on my breaks like I did) I I was hit those teens would of been hearing an ear full from me. I am sorry but he are going to be reckless with your life fine but you cause injury weather intentional or not you will pay.
Some teenagers are so flippen reckless and stupid and have no regard for anyone around them. Sorry I had to vent

Getting Healthy
Is my goal. I have so many medical problems that I have let go and havent done follow ups on. I have been so focused on the girls and have totally let myself go. I am not proud of that. Both girls have had there share of drs visits and being sick. Kenzie with her lose joints, Kylie with reflux and now allergies. I swear it feels like they are always sick and we live at the doctors. So far this month alone between the girls and I we have gone to the drs atleast 10 times in this month alone. But both seem to be okay at the moment...knock on wood
Well I go next month to the gyno to talk about getting on Birth Control. I want to get Implanon so we shall see. But I really want to talk to her about PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) I was diagnosed with this at 13. I was treated from then till I was 19. At which time I stoped taking the medicine when I found out I was pregnant. I have yet to talk to any dr about this condition. Well in light of everything I did some research. OMG I can not believe everything I have been going threw the past 4 years has been linked to this. The weight is a big one. I had no idea. Also thinking of it as soon as I stoped the meds I gained weight. Over the past 4 I had gained 75lbs! I didnt really change my diet either. I have since lost 40lbs but I pretty much stick to a diet to do it. I cant wait to talk to a dr about getting back on meds again.
Another problem I have is Scoliosis. When I was getting the epidural with Kylie I was told I had a curve (Scoliosis) in my spine. Which lead to complications with the epidural. But I have yet to see a dr about this. It effects me daily but I have lived with the pain. Well Monday Morning I will be calling to make a appt. to my PCM to see about getting a referal to a specialist to see what can be done about this. I am also wanting to talk about getting a breast reduction. As I know I have alot of strain put on my shoulders/back/neck from the weight oh my chest. (my girls are doomed in this area)
I am scared about what doctors will say and I hate being looked at and examined....scarey

Here comes #8
8 teeth for Kylie that is. She has had 7 teeth for ever now, I can see a bottom one next to her front teeth popping through. I can also see her 1yr molars under her gums. Finally! Its so different and hard feeding her compared to Kenzie. At 1 kenzie had ALL her teeth including her molars. She had her 2 yr molars aroung 18-20 months. Kylie still doesnt eat meat, I give it to her and she will put it in her mouth and take it back out...lol So maybe her having molars will help..maybe. She is a picky one.

Sick & Privacy
UGH! Okay so on Halloween while out trick or treating Kenzie right eye started to get swallon and green goop was coming out. Saturday Morning it was 1/2 swallon shut and she said it hurt. I took her into the walk in Clinic. Doctor said it was a bacterial infection and put her on antibiotic eye drops said to bring her back if she got worse. Well that night she started running a fever. Sunday we went back to the walk in clinic and she had a sever sinus infection and her fever was 103. So they gave her an antibiotic shot (didnt go over to well with her) and oral antibiotic meds. She was much better was wed. and went back to school.
Monday I started getting sick with a sinus infection and now that is gone. But my throat is so sore and I am geting a cough...UGH! Not what I need right now
Wed. Kylie started coughing again and runny nose, today it got worse called to get her in yeah right no appts. Tonight before bed she had a fever of 1o1. So hopefully I can get her in tomarrow. If Not and she is worse then ER here we come. If she is doing a bit better or the same we will go to the walk in clinic on Sat. FUN!
So thats why I have been MIA
Tonight I sewed Drew a privacy curtain for his bed. Yeah the guys get sick of each other...LOL Its a curtain he can hang all around his bunk so no one can see in and blocks out the light durning the day if he needs to sleepit only took 2 1/2 hours. LOL
He is doing much better since he moved. He is with His guys and isnt pulling guard 3-4 times a day I think he is only pulling it twice a week now. So its much better for him he is able to get the rest he needs/deserves.
Well thats all for now I need to hit the sack...its late (okay its only 9pm) but I am beat

Looking into the Future
Drew and I talked today about important things. We both agreed we are going to hold off TTC for awhile. I am sad but know its for the best Financially. We Love spoiling the girls and going out and doing things and right now adding another baby into the mix would strain us financially. We have a Credit Card and want to pay that off before we think about adding another little one to our family. So Next week I go for that dreaded Yearly appt. and am Hoping to get on Implanon which lasts for 3 years.

I feel like
I feel Like a bobin you know the ones you fish with. I feel like I just got my head above the water with the whole housing issue. Only today to log onto my checking account online and see a fraud charge. Its not for a small amount either. Our car payment hasnt gone through yet (1st payment) and its been 11 days last thursday I called and they said it had gone threw but the bank wasnt showing it. So I have to call about that dont need my car being reposed over a mistake on someones part. Just when things starting working out and I feel comfortable. I get draged back under the water. It sucks, so now my debit card is canceled which leaves me with no cash. Glad I have a credit card (even though we are trying to pay it off) just in case. I used the last of my cash this morning to get some gadorade and bananas because Kenzie is sick. I want my life back, Since we have moved here its been total crazyness. The past 3 months have been the worst. The other day I was listening to the radio in the car and it was a country song and it says something about her driving baby in the back seat. She was going to fast hit some ice. She then throws her hands up and prays for Jeaus to take the wheel. Well I am throwing my hands up and hoping for him to show me the way because I feel so lost in all this.

Update on Kylie Bug & I Look what I found
This is right next to the heater unit...More mold and I cant view behind it but my guess is there is more mold. So obviously its not just where the water damage is
So as of right now I refuse to use the heater because IMO turning on the heater is just spreading more spores and making Kylie worse. Well nights are getting chilly so the girls got warm jammies on and an extra blanket.
Tuesday Morning after I droped off Kenzie at school, I went to the community center and filed a report. The guy that helped me Called and told me someone would be out to look at it today (it was about 8am at that point) Well 2:20 came around and I had to go pick up Kenzie at school so I left a note on the door hoping they wouldnt come when I was gone. Well when I got home an hour later nothing. It was 3:30 so I called the matience line and the guy is telling me no one put a request in, ect.. and that the soonest someone could come out was Thursday. I was pretty livid and fustrated at this point. I kinda turned into a bitch. I hung up on him and called the guy at the community center I spoke with that morning and he said there was report in and gaveme the reference # and said he would call and see what was up. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me someone would be out in about 15-20 minutes.
About 4 minutes later there was a knock at the door. Matience! I showed him the damage in the laundry room along with the mold and explained my concern about the mold and heater. I then took him upstairs and showed him the bathroom floor. (2 posts down for whats up with that)
Well the Full bathroom Floor and Sub Floor need to be ripped out and replaced. The sub floor is indeed warping and starting to buckle. Well he asked to see the master bath (God my room was a mess as I am cleaning out the storage room and going through stuff...lol he asked if we just moved in because there was boxes everywhere) he said our bathroom floor and sub floor needs to be replaced as it is buckling. (the full bath and our bath share a wall) so the structure in our bath was damaged too. He turned off the full bathroom toilet just in case there was still a pipe leaking.
He then got a special spray and cleaned up the ceiling and sprayed the mold in there.
The taken down and replaced
Okay when can you do this? Well there are 15 other families in front of me before they get to me a time frame 3-4 weeks (knowing the army probably longer)
later that evening the guy I was talking with this morning brough me a paper for the girls dr to file out so I can have the air in the house tested and he took pictures of what it looks like now (after all the clean up) So I offered to have pictures of the before printed. Okay well I read the paper if there PCM sees it neccisary for them to see a specialist for allergies then she/he can refer them (obisiously we now know Kylie is and would be, Kenzie has no signs of allergies or exposure) Once refered that dr can do its tests, ect.. and can request housing to have the air quality control test done.
I called today to see about getting the girls in the next avaible appt. is Nov. 19th!!!!!!!!!!! thats a month away by the time the referal got in to see a specilist and appt made it will be the end of the year or begining of next year! Umm I dont think so. I will not use my heater that means no heater this winter. Yeah SO not going to work.
So this morning I went back to the community center and spoke with the head guy. He had an idea as to what was going on already. So I filled him in about kys allergies ect... and how I cant get them into the dr. till the 19th of next month, ect.. He said hw will call the hospital and have them come out and do an air quality control test. He told me they will get back to him in 48 hours to set up the appt so come out. Good so I dont have to wait months to see different drs, ect.. So depending on what the tests says I may be moving or not.
Now that Kylie is on the meds and the heat isnt going her coughing isnt as bad but she is still coughing. So it is a slight improvement from where she was.
If you got this far thanks for reading my book.....LOL

Yeah SO not going to work
Okay so while I was out today the guy came to put the new toilet in. (I have a paper stating they can enter to fix/repair things if I am not home)
So I get home (was gone from about 9:30 to 4:30) and checked the bathroom sure enough new toilet. Didnt inspect it or anything just seeing if it got fixed. Came downstairs looked in the laundry room still a open hole.
Well I gave the girls a bath after dinner and was washing kylies hair andKenzie says look I turn my head and she is holding a piece of floor .
As you can tell the toilet is smaller then the old one he filled in the gap with caulk (sp?)
The broken piece (the triangle) was what Kenzie was holding...I am not sure if she broke it off or it was like that...I tried to put it back in place as the caulk is still wet. Oh and you can tell the floor has warped
Under the broken piece
Another piece of floor sticking up and warped
Now the subfloor (i think thats what it is called) is wet still. and it is warping....This is not the first time this has happened as when we moved it there was already damage in the laundry room ceiling and the guy said the same thing when he saw the ceiling. I know nothing about this stuff but with the floor warping, ect... could my toilet fall through the ceiling since everything in there is till wet and soft? I refuse to use it till it is fixed right...lol also this is problem too because even if it was left like that the bathtub is only about a foot away (or less) and the girls splash...its going to continue to get wet and drip into the floor/ceiling.

Kylie Update
We went to the doctor today. The Doctors she seen today were awesome. Both were very concerned about her cough and looked her over. Going Off her symptoms she is being treated for Allergies (cough, puffy eyes, runny nose) so she is now on allergy meds. We are giving those a week to clear it up. If it doesnt we will either treat her for GERD again or she may need a inhaler. So only time will tell. I had them re check her head because to me it didnt not look like ring worm. I was right! It is NOT ringworm, it is just a bacterial infection. So she is off the ringworm medicine.

Kylie Bug is Sick
When it rains it pours.......lets pray it doesnt start flooding
I have been trying since Wed. to get Kylie into the Dr. She has had a cough for a month (when she first got it, it was bad tried for a week straight to get her in they always had no appts.) Her cough got better though it was going away. Tuesday night it got worse so Wed. call NO appts, thursday No appts, Today No appts. Yesterday and today I spoke with 2 different peds drs. and the first told me sounds like she has ashma or walking pnemonia told me she needs to get seen to keep calling to see if anything opens up, I called and called nothing. Today spoke with a differnt dr who told me there is a walk in clinic saturday and sunday or if I felt the need to take her to the ER. Well I decided not to wait after my 3yo got out of school we headed to the ER . We were only there for 4 hours on a firday I think that is a new record. We did X rays of her lungs.
Well she is being diagnosed with a viral infection (this morning she woke up with a rash). She can not diagnose ashma that needs to be done with testing and a peds care. No problem if we could get in to see a dr! So that covers her cough, runny nose, and rash
Well last night I noticed what I though was a bug bite on her head no big deal. Or so I thought this morning the 1 bug bite multiplied and was covering a area of her hair. The er dr. had to go get another dr to confirm. She has Ring worm on her head and on top of the ring worm she has a bacterial infection. Because of the location of the ring worm that cant do a cream (which is how its normally treated) . She has to be on a oral med. Only this med can cause liver damage and she needs to be monitored by a ped. for the next 6 weeks while she is on the meds (yes 2 times a day for 6 weeks for ringworm) She is on another oral meds for the bacterial infection. Thinking she got the ring worm when we went to the pumpkin patch and they were playing in the hay pile
Now back to her cough from the sounds of it and her history of frequent coughs (she had a cough from Jan. to May none stop I kept getting told it was a cold or viral infaction) The Er dr thinks other wise. She think it could be 1 or all 3 of these Ashma, Allergies, and she could still have GERD but it is Silent now. She needs to be seen by a reg. ped 1 all the time no bouncing from dr to dr like the military likes to do. So I HAVE to get her in on Monday and have a ER paper stating so.
I am worried about my Kylie Bug

Weight Loss
Forgot to post this here. I started a weight loss blog (wanted to keep it seperate form this one) Basically I joined weight watchers 3 weeks ago and am losing weight. Since joing I have lost 11 lbs and have lost almost 30lbs since moving to Tx from Germany. Here is the link to it

New Car
When we moved to Texas from Germany we traded in our Neon (we had so out grown it) and got a Used 2006 Chrystler Pacifica with 25000 miles on it. We loved it, it had so many little extras that were so nice! Well 3 weeks after having it the checkengine light went on we took it in, the PCM had gone out. got that fixed and the cadialiac (sp?) converter went out....getting .3 mpg is not fun especially when gas prices are so high. Got that fixed and then it started dinging we werent seeing a light or anything come on. After awhile of it doing this the ABS and Brake light started flashing. We took it in 5 times for this problem before drew deployed. In the begining they told me it wasnt throwing a code. So me being me saying look its doing this and them not having anything to go on, Took video with my digital camera to show them....LOL Well they would keep it think its fixed. We would get it back drive one time not even 1/2 a mile and it started back up. UGH it was very fustrating. I drove ti to and from vegas like this..........not fun. On the way there for the last 6 hours or so of a 24 hour drive it was dinging about 8 times a minute. On the way home it got worse. It started dinging, the raido would go off, and the speakers would pop for the last 2 hours it did this NON stop.
Well once I got back from Vegas things went from good to bad in a few days when I found out I had lost the baby and everything else so I wasnt able to take it in
I took it in several weeks later and they kept it for 2 weeks. They replaced differnt modulars, checked gorund wires, ect... they thought they had it fixed. I drove it home when I picked it up (about 8 miles) and later went to pick up kenzie I didnt even get off post and it started dinging again.
This is very fustrating. Because every time I take it in I get a rental and with that I am switching over the carseats, stroller, ect... and then I have to get a pass to get back on post and that has taken up to 2 hours...with 2 little ones its not an easy task.
So I talked to Drew and we decided it was best to trade it back in (we were going to wait till feb.) I went to dodge and we ended up getting a 2008 Dodge Durango AKA the beast because its HUGE! lol

Sad Day
2 years ago today I lost my best friend to suicide. Its still had to believe its been 2 years there ae days when it feels like it just happened. I still have so many un answered questions and all the what ifs still go though my mind. I wish I would have answered the door when you came over or answered your IMs. But I needed me time. (gosh that sounds so selfish now) There was alot going on in my life, that I couldnt talk to you about because you wouldnt understand. I didnt like lying and covering up your affair and I was done. It wasnt right. You will never know how had it was seeing you cheat on your husband (even if I didnt like him). You slept with a close friend to Drew and I and now our friendship with his is pretty much over. Alot of my friendships with people ended when you died. I felt alot of people blamed me and maybe thats because I blamed myself but things between them were never the same. I was never the same.

Happy Anniversary to us...lol
Posted by Sims Family at 6:58 PM 2 comments
Not even sure what to title this
Sat. Drew emailed me saying that he was fustrated (so say the least) at his Plt Sgt "over there" he was being extremly hard on drew, smoking him for over an hour outside in the heat, essays, lots of yelling and down grading.
Monday Drew called and we were talking I could tell something was wrong. He then told me his plt sgt. threatend to shot him and his soldier. My heart droped to the floor. I was scared and in tears. He said that he was speaking with so and so the next day. I was feeling litteraly sick to my stomach. Being an army wife you know that there is a chance your soldier my not come buts its not something you want to think about. The thought of losing my husband is heart wrenching. When we got off the phone I was sick to my stomach. All the what ifs going threw my head
Well I made a call to my FRG leader because I didnt know who else to call. I told her what Drew told me and she said she was going to make some calls and would call me back. About 15 minutes later She called and said that ALL 1sgts and commanders both here and deployed had been notified. That this was a serious matter (I already knew that...lol) and it will not be taken lightly. About an hour 1/2 after I hung up with her Drew called me back saying that the 1st sgt. had already contacted him.
So as it stand right now Drew is still where he was but there is a chance he might be moving. The Plt sgt is still there (I am so not happy about this) but Drew has had limited contact with him.
So Our lives have been through another loop on this roller coaster we call life

Been Busy
Life has been crazy busy lately.
Kenzie is loving school although we have had a couple issues but they are getting better. She had an awesome 1st day of school. From then on every days she would pee her pants 1-2 times a day. Why was she peeing? Because she was getting in trouble at school....she use to do this ALOT but hadnt done it in a while. But since last tuesday she has had NO accidents :) as soon as be got that resolved she now like to bug other students when she shouldnt be. She defiently keeps you on your toes...lol Her teacher said she is getting better and is really listening alot more....woohoo Before she wouldnt listen at all she which has always been an issue with her. So this is a Major improvment. But she still loves school, this past weekend she got mad because there wasnt any school..lol Lets hope she always has this attitude
Kylie is a happy camper lately. She got her 1yr check up last tuesday and has been so fussy and clingy since. Yeah that doctor visit was a nightmare. She did LOTS of screaming, she hates going to the doctors. But all check out. She did have wax in her ears so they had to dig it out. :( Today she went back to the doctors because I suspected she had an ear infection...I was right her left ear had more wax and a mild ear infection. So now she is on antibiotics for that. She has also started speration anxity...what fun right? Wrong I cant walk into another room without her screaming and crying. I want my happy kylie bug back.
I am doing okay been busy with the girls after they go to bed its cleaning and then I have been sewing. :) I have made 2 nap mats, 2 diaper bags, and tonight I am learning to monogram. :) I joined weight watchers last monday and as of today I have lost 4lbs Woohoo lets hope this keeps up because I need to lose this weight...also I would love to see Drews face on r&r...lol
Drew is doing okay. He didnt move like we were told which totally sucks because where he is he isnt with his CO and the 1st sgt or who ever is in charge is a complete jerk. He pulls alot of guard shifts and still has to fix the trucks inbetween which is leaving him with little sleep. Last time I talked to him he had 3 gaurd shifts a day for 4 days straight. Each shift is 4 hours long so thats 12 hours right there pus the time he spends fixing the trucks. My poor Husband is being streched so thin. We both are really looking forward to R&R, he needs it but we still have so long to go.
Well its getting late and I need to clean up my sewing mess....lol Night All

First Day of School
Kenzie started school this past Monday, I cant believe she is old enough to go to school. Where did time go? She was/is very excited to attend school. Mornings come early here now. She is up and in the bath about 5:30am out of the bath, hair done, downstairs by 6, eat breakfast, finish getting dressed watch cartoons/play if there is time. Out the door at 7am. Her school is 7 miles form the house and it takes about 20-25 minutes to get there get out of the car and walk her to the door. When I picked her up she saw alot of soldiers there and asked why her daddy wasnt there? Tears filled my eyes because Drew wanted so bad to be here for her first day of school. I had to explain that where daddy is at working he cant come home and wont be home for awhile. But we will send daddy lots of pictures which she was happy about.

Just when everything seems to be getting back to normal
Just went I thought I was recovering from the misscarriage things take a turn for the worst. Thursday night I ended up in the ER having complications fromthe misscarriage. 6 hours later I got home things were better or soI thought. Friday Night I ended up racing to the ER hemmorging. My situation there went from bad to worse. Before I knew it I had 3 nurses and 2 doctors working on me. I was being poked and examined. I ended up having emergency surgery early Saturday Morning and spent most of saturday in the hospital. My sister in law flew out for the week to help me out with the girls (thank you...again). So things seem to be getting better, I still am get bad cramps at time but must keep going as life never slows down. Today the girls had the birthday pictures FINALLY done..lol and I got some of kenzie down for preschool.
